Senior Chief Petty Officer , US Navy. Two deployments to the Persian Gulf and the western Pacific while serving on board the aircraft carrier U.S.S Kitty Hawk CV-63. Recalled to active duty with Fleet Logistics Support Squadron 55 in 2003 in Support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. I have been to Germany, Sicily, Bahrain, Japan, Australia, Spain, Portugal, Singapore, Philippines, Australia, Indonesia, Turkey, South Korea, England, Mexico, and Ireland.

What is your Passion?
Running is my biggest passion. I highly recommend reading the book “Born to Run: A Hidden Tribe, Superathletes, and the Greatest Race the World Has Never Seen.” “You don’t stop running because you get old, you get old because you stop running.” ― Christopher McDougal

Nature always inspires me.

By setting the example and encourage them to try new things and confront new obstacles they haven’t faced before.

When I am running a trail in the Verdugo mountains.
