Who is your favorite artist and what does their work say about the way you think?

My favorite artist is Channing Sabir who to me is a multi-dimensional artist, something about how he creates things effortlessly that inspires me. I believe he works really hard like all of us but his style is so smooth it doesn’t look like he breaks a sweat. I look at Channing like a forever blooming flower. (Instagram: @cusabir )

What is your horoscope sign? Do you feel it fits you?

I’m a Sagittarius/Leo rising. It fits me 100 percent, other fire signs would understand. With my sign, I find it very hard to be inspired by others and I always find myself leading, managing, and producing something for others. Relationships have always been hard for me because I’ve always been the one to provide emotional and intellectual support for my partner, that’s not bad but when it’s not reciprocal it can be draining. I can never sit in one place and freedom is very important to me, I study philosophy and nature on a daily basis. I would rather have slow passionate sex then fast hardcore fucking.

Do you collect anything?

I collect plants these days, I have about 36 plants all happy and thriving. Plants have taught me how to be patient and how to appreciate my life more. Plants remind me that we all have a care plan, not everyone needs the same type of care and love just like every plant doesn’t need to be watered every day and some do. I look at my family and friends differently since I’ve had plants, I check up on them differently and care about what makes them thrive and grow as a human being.

Is there anyone out there you would like to apologize to, which you haven’t been able to?

Sure, but I’m bitter and believe this person put my life in danger and in my opinion used me to climb the social art ladder all from false information. Until I have a better understanding of things an apology will have to wait.

What is your passion?

My passion is film photography, it has been for the last 5 years since I picked up my first film camera. It’s something that I wake up and want to do every day of my life, it’s one of the things that teach me about life. Besides plants, film photography teaches me how to be patient and to trust what I believe in. It’s a passion. I wish I didn’t need other people for but unfortunately, I do, so I have to deal with people’s ignorant ways or flakiness after they’ve agreed to work with me. Unlike a painter’s canvas that will be there when they leave the house and be there when you get back.
