At 29 I was the heaviest and most unhealthy I’d ever been in my life. As a former Division 1 athlete that really took a toll on me. For my New Years resolution I vowed to lose weight by my 30th bday in June. I started training for my 1st half marathon and lost almost 20 lbs by the end of May! This is my 30th birthday picture taken in St. Martin.
