Being Vegan, Vegan Being: Tiffani Lynn – Beautiful Vegan Love

My name is Tiffani, I’m was born and raised in San Diego, CA. I am an It Works Global distributor which means I’m an independent contractor of the debt-free multi-level marketing company that sells beauty and wellness products like, skincare, and supplements. That can’t be found in any stores. I love their vegan protein powder among other things! If anyone is interested you can contact me on my, website: tiffani-lynn.myitworks.com or follow me on my, Instagram account: @beautiful_vegan_love. I’m also a dog caregiver, I love watching dogs while their family is on vacation or wherever. This is me!

What was the moment you realize that you wanted to go vegan?

When I came across PETA or some other site, I honestly don’t remember exactly what it was, but I do remember that I was shocked and never wanted to eat or use these beautiful animals for my greed.

How long have you been Vegan?

Since 2020-2020

Why is being Vegan important to you?

A clearer conscience, due to not contributing to the mass scale of animals that are killed every day, who don’t have a choice. I’ve always said I loved animals so naturally, I had to make the next step, otherwise, how can I love them and eat them…

The Kind Diet by Alice Silverstone, for people who want to take “baby steps” into veganism. She also has a second book out there for awesome vegan moms!

Do you actively promote veganism? How? Please share any stories you would like.

Just on Instagram for now. I’m pretty introverted. If anyone wants to follow me, they can. I’ll follow back.

What is the vegan stereotype you hear the most and how do you respond to it?

“Where I get my protein?” My thought when they ask is “Everything that didn’t have to suffer and die for me to eat”.. but I usually say… Lentils, grains, veggies, fruit.. even desserts can be veganized!

What’s your favorite Vegan restaurant?

The Purple Mint Vegetarian Bistro, and Plumeria Vegetarian Restaurant. Those are two of my favorites. Both in San Diego and serves mostly vegan options.

Please share your favorite vegan recipe?

Wow! So many.. to keep it simple… Eggplant, choice of other veggies, basil, marinara sauce, a small amount of tahini or a lot (preference on the amount, but a must) and nutritional yeast. Also, can be replaced with your choice of pasta.

Some encouraging words for new Vegans?

Don’t let nonvegans get to you. They’re uneducated on this lifestyle. So remember you’re doing a great thing for the animals, your health, and the environment. Forget what people think.

What does living cruelty-free mean to you?

It means to not exploit animals because it’s unnecessary. There’s plenty of food, clothes, cosmetics etc. alternatives.

What are your favorite Vegan non-food products or companies?

100% pure cosmetics. Most of their products are vegan and they don’t use a ton of chemicals like most companies.

Talk about a time when you struggled with your Veganism?

The very beginning of my journey, I lived in Arizona at that time when veganism was less known and I lived far from Wholefoods or any health food store. I was kind of a junk food vegan then, so I wanted certain things I couldn’t find at any grocery store. But now I eat mostly whole food plant based.  This makes it a lot easier to shop pretty much anywhere.
